Meet Val. She is a full time student at San Jose State, An Athlete and Fitness coach! Her passion for fitness began from a very early age as she grew up playing softball, Dancing sassy jazz, hip hop and Cheerleading. She is now a Powerlifter!

Her specialty is strength training and metabolic conditioning. Her ultimate goal as a trainer is to help her athletes not only look good but feel good! As she continues to study human behavior she recognized that fitness should be a lifestyle mechanism that regulates one’s mental, physical and spiritual well being.

Meet Sam, a passionate Fitness Instructor who’s dedicated to helping others feel their best—mind, body, and soul. Fitness is more than just her career; it’s her calling. She thrives on guiding people through their journey of building strength, confidence, and balance, both inside and outside the gym.

Sam believes in the power of purposeful movement, and she strives to make each session enjoyable while celebrating every small win along the way. When she’s not leading a class, you’ll likely find her soaking up the sun, experimenting with new healthy recipes, or seeking fresh inspiration to fuel her next adventure. Sam’s approach is all about making fitness fun, empowering, and tailored to each individual’s unique journey.

Diana

Meet Diana. She is one of our many personal trainers with a certification by ISSA. She’s very passionate and dedicated professional. Diana is in the beauty industry. Her journey in fitness began when she turned sixteen years old, with a high school weightlifting class.

Since then she has evolved into a lifelong commitment to health and wellness. As a mother, Diana keeps an active lifestyle not only for herself, but to lead by example for her daughter. Her experience underscores her belief that the mental benefits of exercise often surpass the physical gains, with a well-toned physique being a gratifying bonus. Through her dual roles, Diana blends her expertise in beauty and fitness to inspire holistic well-being in her clients.
