Meet Diana. She is one of our many personal trainers with a certification by ISSA. She’s very passionate and dedicated professional. Diana is in the beauty industry. Her journey in fitness began when she turned sixteen years old, with a high school weightlifting class.

Since then she has evolved into a lifelong commitment to health and wellness. As a mother, Diana keeps an active lifestyle not only for herself, but to lead by example for her daughter. Her experience underscores her belief that the mental benefits of exercise often surpass the physical gains, with a well-toned physique being a gratifying bonus. Through her dual roles, Diana blends her expertise in beauty and fitness to inspire holistic well-being in her clients.
