Meet Lexi. Fitness changed her life and confidence. Lexi went from a shy insecure underweight girl to a confident radiant presence. It transformed her body and mind, so she wants to help other women to find the light within themselves as well.
Lexi has been training since October 2020, ranging from one on ones to small group sessions to group classes. Her favorite style of training is strength and conditioning, focusing on getting strong and getting an overall good workout. Lexi’s focus is glute growth, as she went from being underweight to a confident and transformed body.

Meet Val. She is a full time student at San Jose State, An Athlete and Fitness coach! Her passion for fitness began from a very early age as she grew up playing softball, Dancing sassy jazz, hip hop and Cheerleading. She is now a Powerlifter!
Her specialty is strength training and metabolic conditioning. Her ultimate goal as a trainer is to help her athletes not only look good but feel good! As she continues to study human behavior she recognized that fitness should be a lifestyle mechanism that regulates one’s mental, physical and spiritual well being.
