Where women build strength that lasts.
Bodied is a women-only strength and conditioning studio in San Jose built around one simple idea: when you feel supported, you show up—and when you show up, you get stronger.
We’re not a big-box gym and we’re not an intimidating “hardcore” space either. We’re a community. A room full of women lifting, sweating, learning, and building confidence together—one class at a time. Whether you’re new to strength training or getting back into a routine, you’ll be welcomed, coached, and guided through a workout that meets you where you are.
Our training style
Our classes are strength-focused with a mix of lifting and conditioning. You can expect a structured warm-up, clear coaching, and progress you can feel—whether that looks like lifting heavier, moving better, or showing up more consistently.
We keep things simple: great coaching, smart programming, and a space that feels welcoming every time you walk in.
